I'm a career advisor with over 20 years of experience helping professionals at every stage — from new graduates to senior executives — find clarity, direction, and momentum in their careers.
My background spans military, government and private industry. I've worked with clients across industries including tech, finance, healthcare, government, and the military.
My passion for supporting people in their careers started when I served as an Army Career Counselor the last few years of my time on active duty with the US Army. In many ways, the rest is history. I subsequently served in the federal government in career and leader development until I accepted an early retirement from federal service in 2026. This opportunity opened the door for my next chapter. I founded Change Step Career Support LLC because I believe everyone deserves a trusted guide in their corner — someone who will tell them the truth, help them see their strengths, and build a real plan for what's next.
